I started in the car audio industry "professionally" in 1999 as an installer in Nashville, TN & after a short time, I realized that I loved the sales/technical process more. The understanding how customers bought products & how I could exceed their expectations when designing the system is my passion. After 5yrs in a high-end retailer managing sales, I moved to Florida to become the rep for ORCA (Focal, Mosconi, Illusion audio, Gladen), Arc Audio, Hushmat for the entire state. I visited over 100 different dealers every month & helped them progress in the industry through training, marketing & OEM integration techniques in these newer vehicles utilizing DSP's.
